Reflecting on 2023

2023 was a year filled with impactful experiences. From coaching ambitious startup founders in mastering public speaking to helping marketing and sales leaders in B2B mid-size businesses elevate their strategies, as with Wallix, each interaction has been a stepping stone toward greater understanding and growth. I also had the privilege of engaging with associations like Numeum, to foster the marketing and sales community, and ADETEM contributing to inspire large enterprises CMOs, enriching my journey and broadening my perspective.

One of the highlights of 2023 was delivering keynotes on sustainability and leadership to top management teams in large enterprises as for the KingFisher top 80. These experiences not only allowed me to share my insights but also to learn from other industry leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Announcing a New Turn in 2024

As we embark on a new year, I am thrilled to announce a new direction in my executive coaching and mentoring practice. This year, I will be focusing on how Generative AI and ESG can support transformative leadership and business growth. This new venture is not just a progression but a fusion of my past experiences and my passion for exploring emerging technologies and sustainable practices.
