Individual Coaching & Mentoring Program

Our typical coaching cycle includes 12 sessions, delivered bi-weekly over a six-month period, beginning with an initial 90-minute foundation session. However, the cadence and duration can be adjusted to match your unique needs and challenges. Over the course of these sessions, we’ll dive deep into your business challenges and leadership goals, creating a personalized action plan to drive growth and transformation. Each session is designed to review actions undertaken since the previous meeting, identify learnings, agree on the work topics for the current session, and set actions for progress. In addition to our scheduled sessions, we are available for brief ‘laser coaching’ exchanges via phone or email to provide clarity and timely guidance in between sessions. You can also stop the program anytime if it doesn’t bring the value you expected. This program offers the opportunity for sustained engagement, allowing us to track your progress and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure your success.

Laser Sessions

Our on-demand Laser Sessions are designed to provide concentrated coaching on specific issues or challenges like preparing for a critical pitch, addressing a need to pivot your business, or preparing you for your first EXCOM meeting.
